TAIL_SUGGESTION group is a search engine group, as such it should be in the search_suggest group, not in the suggest group.

For QA: tail suggestions can be obtained from Google, try typing "hobbit holes for sale in i" as the search string, you should see somethign like this screenshot with results starting with ellipsis.
They were misreported in the suggest group instead of the search_suggest one

The issue is verified fixed using the latest Fx 112.0a1 on Windows 10 and Ubuntu 22.04. Search suggestions that start with ellipsis are now correctly listed as search_suggest in the group section.
