Problem type: Site is not usable
Description: Page not loading correctly
Steps to Reproduce:
You claim I should:

1. Open Firefox on your mobile device.
2. Go to the menu ( on iOS or on Android) and tap "Sync and save data"
3. Tap Ready to Scan and hold your phone over this code

But there is no "Sync and save data" option even available!!!!!! How am I supposed to sync my tabs?? I just lost around 30 important tabs because I can't sync regardless of any settings option I choose, mobile or desktop or anything else now. Great to know all my hard work is just lost because of a browser's inability to provide basic functionality.

Not quite clear why the original reporter can't see "Sync and Sign In". Someone could check if there's a condition that would make that option not appear in the Settings page. Screenshots from original reporter would help.
