While it is expected for the focus to return to the triggering element after the dialog is dismissed (in this case, to return to the 3dot menu button after the Settings popup is closed), announcing the updated title of the site would be an essential confirmation that the back/forward action was completed successfully and it would avoid confusion for screen reader users, especially those with cognitive difficulties. Thank you for catching it, Adina!
