"Other Bookmarks" cannot be deleted

Steps to reproduce:
Unsure what caused "Other Bookmarks" folder to reside in the "Bookmarks Menu" item under "All Bookmarks" in the Bookmark Manager (with a window titled "Library").
Whenever I attempt to remove the folder using the delete keyboard key, nothing happens. Furthermore, the context menu does have an item where I can remove the "Other Bookmarks" folder item, but it is greyed out (which is unexpected).
Actual results:
The "Other Bookmarks" folder was not deleted
Expected results:
The "Other Bookmarks" folder should be deleted when selected and the Delete keyboard key pressed. The context-menu item should not grey out (disable).
There is no reason communicated to the user as to why the user should not be able to delete the "Other Bookmarks" folder. On the contrary, as the UI element is as any other nested tree item, the UI communicates to the user that the "Other Bookmarks" folder item should be able to be treated as any other UI item.

Hello,
ATM "Other Bookmarks" is a permanent item.
The bookmarks redesigning is discussed in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1382532
The key points of the discussion include :
- giving more options/flexibility to the user
- evaluating current user habits in regard to bookmarks
- not breaking the current folder structure for those who use it
- performance and avoiding cluttering
