This is so we can provide a simple and consistent summary of how many days of history we attempted to import in the new migration wizard.

We have browser.migrate.chrome.history.maxAgeInDays and browser.migrate.chrome.history.limit, which are 180 and 2000 respectively. Let's make these general, and then re-use them wherever we import History.

These numbers were set in bug 1340115.
