Steps to reproduce

1. Reach the payment form on https://www.womensbest.com/
2. Fill in manually new CC info and submit the form

Expected result

• Submitting the form with new CC info should trigger the Credit Card save doorhanger.

Actual result

• CC save doorhanger is not displayed upon form submission.

Additional notes

• Not reproducible in Chrome.
• Note that a warning message is triggered regarding the incapacity of card verification; on other sites (eg. ebay) the same fake card is saved without any issue.
