Until bug 1821091 is resolved we need to ensure that all main process crashes generate a crash ping. Right now this is not the case, as the presence of the CrashPingUUID annotation in an event file will make the crash manager skip both the legacy and the Glean crash ping, effectively causing Glean crash pings to undercount main process crashes.

This isn't the most elegant solution, but it's straightforward enough and in the
future when the crash reporter gets new development it'll be cleaned up.
