The new code for marking and resolving bugs when Github PRs merges appears to be working well, but it was noticed that while the status flag is being correctly set, it's not showing up as a visible change in the bug history, i.e. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_activity.cgi?id=1821030

Can the status flag update be made visible?
