Scope of this bug is to add a link in devtools next to respective message JSON that can be used to share the dev message UI experience

I have verified this enhancement and I can confirm the following:

  • The "Share" button is displayed in the "ASRouterAdmin" page for each message from the "CFR" provider.
  • If the "Share" button from a CFR message is clicked its correspondent "about:messagepreview" link is copied to the clipboard.

Verified using the latest Firefox Nightly (113.0a1 Build ID - 20230327211143) installed on Windows 10 x64, macOS 12.6.1, and Ubuntu 22.04 x64.
