Steps to reproduce

  1. Have Google Accessibility Scanner installed.
  2. Save some bookmarks.
  3. Open "Bookmarks" from the three-dot menu.
  4. Using the Accessibility Scanner, scan the "Bookmarks" page.

Expected behavior

No suggestions are made.

Actual behavior

Item descriptions suggestion is made.

Ensure that all controls have unique, descriptive labels. In this case, appending the contentDescription of these buttons with the on-screen name would be beneficial for screen reader users with cognitive difficulties and voice control users with limited mobility who would have a clear indication of the purpose of each 3dots button and would be able to call them by their on-screen name to activate them.
