Shortcut context menu appears under your thumb. It should appear above, below or to the side like the other context menus. (In the attached recording, I'm using my left thumb, and can't see the menu appear below it)
- GL note: S/M after Top Sites are converted to Compose; needs UX input on where the drop-down should be displayed
- JM note: This should be fixed for all context menus on the homepage; not just the one in 'shortcuts' section.

Note: given that not everyone uses the same hand when browsing, I believe this request should be simplified to "the context menu should appear above where you select (unless there's not room for it on the screen)". I don't think we need to make changes to which side it appears on.

:verdi, can you confirm that you agree with my note in bold in the description of this bug? (I'm not sure I remember what you meant by "like the other context menus" so I want to make sure the acceptance criteria sounds OK to you)

Yes I agree - above unless there isn't enough room. I will note that it appears that we currently place them below unless there is room. We should make them all match.
