Details
When running ALV for a root not included in any Root Store, the error "Validation of all the EKUs skipped due to NULL value in Trust Bits" is presented.
Review ALV logic to determine if this is a bug, or if an enhancement is needed. If an enhancement is needed consider using the Trust Bits defined in the Root Inclusion Request case for mapping.

To fix this, there would need to be a way for the CA to indicate which trust bits (EKUs) should be passed into ALV when the root certificate is not included in any root store.
