Create a onboarding like full screen card that will have two buttons and a "x" button on the top right.

1. First button takes the user to the survey
2. Second button allow the user to skip the survey.
3. X button on top right for user to skip the survey.

If the user taps on the first button, we will trigger the fullscreen private custom tab to the specified survey URL.

Update:
Fragment should take a URL as input so when the user taps on the positive button we open that URL and attach the associated uuid.

Hello,
On a stage experiment and a local stage build from 4/11: selecting to display the survey like a fullscreen card does NOT work - nothing is displayed.

I'll remove the qe-verify+ flag.
Roger, could you please add the qe-verify+ when this is actionable?

Verified as fixed on a local release build with an Oppo Find X3 Lite (Android 11).
