Steps to reproduce:

  1. Opened a website.
  2. Wait until it fully loads.
  3. Switch to another app from recent apps.
  4. Return to Firefox again.

Actual results:

Firefox refreshed the display when a website was opened before switching to another app and back to Firefox (not reloading the website. I hope I'm being clear). This behavior does not happen on Home tab. It happens on release, beta and nightly.

Expected results:

Firefox should not refresh the view when returning to it from recent app screen.
