Can this bug be closed or put in the right component?

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'DevTools::Inspector: Compatibility' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Apologies, I was following the process set out in https://wiki.mozilla.org/Data_Collection#Step_1:_Submit_Request which states If you don't already have a bug, file a new one in your own component, or Firefox::Untriaged if you don't have a component (e.g. if your code's in GitHub). (MDN doesn't have a Bugzilla component.) However this bug can be closed, yes.
