we will want to track how much load and effectiveness test-verify is yielding.

load:

  • total # test verify tasks ( will want as a % of total failures )
  • total # retriggered tasks ( will want as a % of total failures )
  • per platform breakdown

effectiveness:

  • failed tasks annotated as intermittent
  • failed tasks annotated as failure
  • failed tasks annotated as unknown
