If you delete all the tabs in the sidebar, you can never add tabs back to the sidebar. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Delete all tabs in sidebar. 2. Restart Mozilla 3. Try to add tabs to the sidebar 4. Watch it not work, STILL! Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: It should have let me add tabs to the sidebar/
