The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Translation' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I've reproduced this issue using the latest Nightly 113.0a1 and Firefox 111.0 versions on Windows 10 x64.
Setting the component. If this is not the correct component, please feel free to change it to a more appropriate one.

Thank you very much for your report! And I am so sorry for my delay.
I tried to reproduce it, but it seems like no problem. Please see the attachment.
Perhaps, as I am misunderstanding, could you give me more details??

The issue is when the main window has a scrollbar, not just the top or bottom portions. You may need to lower your resolution or increase your display scaling so that window does not fit on the screen.

Thank you very much, Blake!
Ah, I see. I could reproduce that when the mouse was on the area of the top/bottom list, the scroll of the main window does not work.
It looks like it could be fixed in the same way as bug 1806591.

Changing component to match the one for these bugs. (Feel free to revert if I'm misunderstanding.)

Hi Blake.
I fixed bug 1806591, then it seems to make both scrolls come to work (at least in my env).
Could you check it?
Thanks!
