Sometimes, when I launch the mail app and the password dialog comes up, it
doesn't put cursor focus in the text field. Clicking with the mouse also doesn't
put focus there. 

This happens with the Find Dialog from the browser as well. Weird thing here is
that I can tab so that the focus is in the textfield, but there is no blinking
cursor feedback. I can type into the field, but the "Find" button does not
become enabled. 

Unfortunately, this bug happens intermittently. At one point, for the mail
password dialog, I thought a hacky workaround was to close down all other
instances of mozilla apps running besides the mail, and suddenly the cursor
focus would appear. This doesn't work with things like the find dialog.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch browser
2.Launch Find 


Actual Results:  
No focus!

Expected Results:  
Focus! Working correctly, Find button enabled after typing something in. 

Marked this severity as major feature, since I can't use mundane essential
features. :(
