In Bug 1820124, we removed some Telemetry events. One of these events was used to collect information about the update policy. We could gather pretty much the same data by tracking the extensions.update.autoUpdateDefault in the Telemetry environment (in addition to extensions.update.enabled, which we are already collecting in the environment).

This bug is about adding the extensions.update.autoUpdateDefault pref to the Telemetry environment.
