Summary: [Spike] Investigate the feasibility of migrating from the collections API → Use the AMO search API instead of the collections API

I am repurposing this bug slightly to capture better what we intend to do here. This is about switching to the AMO search API to fetch the list of featured/curated/recommended extensions shown in the Fenix add-on manager.

wdurand@mozilla.com, might this provide any benefit to a general end user, like being able to search for more add-ons, or shall it remain as restricted in what it displays as it is now?

That's more some refactoring/tech debt reduction than anything else at this point.
