This bug also occurs in Netscape 7.0, which as I understand heavily relies on
Mozilla code, but after installing the program, setting it as the default
browser, and setting it in Preferences to open HTML documents, files with HTM
and HTML extensions do not have an icon associated with them.  If I go into
Tools > Folder Options > File Types > HTM > Advanced > Change Icon, it will
display the icon in the top-left corner of the window, but clicking browse
yields an error about not finding the file %1, and I do not know what file that
icon is coming from.  HTM and HTML documents still open properly, but they do
not have an icon.
