Steps to reproduce:
Step 1: Go to any video/streaming site
Step 2: Click the PiP icon
Step 3: Click on any of PiP controls besides the play/pause button
Step 4: Tap spacebar
Actual results:
Play/pause shortcut overrides the intended shortcut
Expected results:
It shouldn't override the original shortcut

To make sure I'm understanding the ticket correctly, is the "intended shortcut" in the bug description meant to be pausing/playing after pressing the spacebar, instead of rewinding to the start of the video? The recording shows behaviour observed in Bug 1819302.
