Manually verify with an extension that has event pages that about:debugging on desktop can terminate the event page of temporarily installed extensions (eg: loaded through web-ext run) and that extension should trigger page actions. Feature is from bug 1748529.
There is a unit test, but this is for manually verification. If it does not work, file additional bugs.

Verified. In Nightly, we now have full support for debugging add-ons on Android via the devtools.
