User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:109.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/111.0

Steps to reproduce:

Since I let Firefox update to v111 it is now randomly freezing at startup wit the preload screen I attached.

Actual results:

When it happens it will remain in that state forever, if I click anywhere on the screen windows will detect the application as unresponsive and ask if I want to kill it.

Sometimes after killing it an restarting it works fine, sometimes I get this frozen screen over and over again.

If I do start in safe more or in private browsing it does appear to work fine 100% of the time.

Note that I have all of my extensions active in private browsing as well so I do not believe it is is an extension-related issue.

Is there any log I can find anywhere that could give me clues about what is Firefox attempting to do when it's frozen like that?

Expected results:

Firefox should launch without freeze 100% of the time, as it used to.

Seems to work 10/10 in 111.0.1, thanks for the quick patch :)
