Application hangs when launching at "Creating first window...".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Mozilla
Actual Results:
Hangs at "Creating first window...". Can reliably killed off, so it's not wedging in the OS or
anything.

Expected Results:
Umm... start?

Just upgraded from 1.2b to 1.2 release by overwriting the Applications/Mozilla folder
(which worked for all previous upgrades).

Using a G4 Powerbook 400 with 512Mb RAM running MacOS X 10.2.2.

Found a bug in the release notes about ATI video cards, and this machine has an ATI
Rage128, so tried running with Thousands of colours instead of Millions - no change.
Seem to have found a work-around - renaming my ~/Library/Mozilla directory and
restarting Mozilla worked. I have no idea why, and can send you Mozilla.old if you want
to look at it.
I'm using a blue/white G3, plenty of RAM, 10.2.2, same results. I removed my skypilot.jar
file in case the "unusual" chrome was causing the problem. No change.

Just as an addendum, I had the same problem when upgrading to 1.2.1 today.
Again, moving the ~/Library/Mozilla directory and having the app create a new
directory made it work.
Bryan, does it start if you delete the chrome.rdf file? If not, how about the
localstore.rdf? (Be sure to save copies of those files and replace them if it
has no effect.)
Yes, if I remove
~/Library/Mozilla/Profiles/default/tuq86ztr.slt/chrome/chrome.rdf I can start
Mozilla. I just had to do this with an upgrade from 1.2 to 1.2.1.

Another additional note, I use the Orbit 3+1 theme (the 1.2 version). Upgrading
with this theme installed hasn't been a problem until 1.2.
