Just entered a new bug. Choose 'Form Layout' as component.
Thought about things.
Went back to bug.
Changed component to 'DOM Other'
Ticked box 'reassing to component owner'
Did not tick 'change to new' which is next to 'reassing to component owner'

Bugzilla refused to let me commit as it said I was requesting a change
of status from unconfirmed to new 
which I was not.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
I put reproducability down as havent but I did try going back and resubmitting
to make sure I was doing it right.

There are already several comments and dependencies in bug 193125. I prefer to
dupe this bug which has (almost) no comment than the other one.
