In GTMtrix rating my website is different in 2 Different Web Browser

Actual results:

In GTMtrix rating my website https://www.custommarketinsights.com/ rating shows B on Mozilla. And Chrome shows an A rating. How to get a similar Rating

Expected results:

I want Same rating result
