1823965 - Update progress strings for HISTORY and FORMDATA resource types in the new Migration Wizard

Currently, we show "X visits" as the success message for importing history, and the empty string as status for importing form data. These strings should instead be:

"From the last 180 days" for History, where 180 needs to be replaced with the value from browser.migrate.history.maxAgeInDays, and then we need "Form history" for the form data progress message.
