Now that these functions are solely living with the Tabs Tray business logic, see if we no longer need to have a parameter for the source when it's only ever called with TABS_TRAY_FEATURE_NAME ("Tabs tray") or TrayPagerAdapter.INACTIVE_TABS_FEATURE_NAME ("Inactive tabs").
