Steps to reproduce:

Attepted to drag and drop file from 'Downloads' drop down menu to the 'Desktop'

Actual results:

Grey circle with cross through it appears near cursor when attempting to put file on 'Desktop'.

Expected results:

File should have been transfered from 'Downloads' folder to 'Desktop'

User recently updated Firefox to 111.0.1 and their OS to OSX Ventura 13.2.1

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::Downloads Panel' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

I have observed this issue on Big Sur and Monterey (12.5.1 ... whoops need to update) Behavior seems to have started with Firefox 111.0.1 and does not seem to be present in 109.0.1 (until Firefox auto-updates)

Issue also seems to occur in 112.0b5
