The Yahoo title banner/links image doesn't load. It works perfectly in 1.0 and
1.1 and IE6.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to uk.yahoo.com
2.observe the unloaded image at the top of the page
3.compare to www.yahoo.com to see what's missing
Actual Results:  
The page loads apart from the top banner

Expected Results:  
Loaded the entire page including the top image.

The bug occurs no matter what theme is in use. The lastest Jave Runtime is
installed (although I don't think it has a bearing on this problem).

If this is 1.2 branch, it sounds like bug 181729.
