I'm working on a new doc page to record some steps for integrating VS Code with our build system, linters, etc. Mainly setting up linting and formatting extensions, configuring settings, setting up search indexing and tasks, etc.

I'm doing this after writing a patch for bug 1619842, which migrates from sass-lint to stylelint. So the instructions are written with stylelint integration in view, though I'll hold off on marking that as a blocker since something could change.
