On Google Doc properties parameters and anchors in the URL lead to having multiple history entries of basically the same destination, blocking other potentially relevant results from surfacing and reducing the value our frecency can offer.
Where in some cases those parts of the URL are relevant to reach the right destination - on Google docs they are nearly useless as there is no way to tell which will lead to which part of the document, resulting in unexpected results when using the link, like potentially landing in the middle of the document instead of at the start.
