1825209 - Copy/Save Selected as HAR

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select request
2. Right click -> Copy Value -> Copy All as HAR

Actual results:

Copies all requests as HAR

Expected results:

In most cases, i am interested in a few (1-2) requests from the filtered results.
Unfortunately there is no way to copy/save just one (and as all the details are rather large, it is also not that trivial (time-wise) to save all and delete the rest).

Also - it is really confusing that Copy All to HAR is placed in the menu called Copy Value - where all other entries (and the name itself) indicate we are working with single request - so i always expect there has to be a way how to copy just the single value - they must have meant "Copy All" as "Copy All parts of the request".

I'd propose the following change:

1. change "Copy All to HAR" to "Copy Request(s) to HAR" (there is no point in having two ways to copy all and none for single request, also Copy makes more sense for smaller data size)

Ideally also in combination with:
2a) allow selection of individual requests (via Ctrl-A - as there is no point in current behavior when Ctrl-A selects all text across other panes, and via new popup menu entry Select All)
2b) make all entries in Copy Value (renamed to Copy Value(s)) menu copy data from all selected requests
