the following bugs are duplicates. Bug 1825303, Bug 1809736, Bug 1825310, I would suggest Bug 1825310 being the parent bug, since is not really a defect i believe. :mhowell

This bug is also present in 112.0, and I think it already appeared in 111.0.

This bug is still present in v115.0.2 (Windows 10)
Still not fixed in 117.0.1 (64-bit), Windows 10 22H2 64-bit.

I disagree, I think it's a bug / defect, because a cursor is automatically hidden in all video players I know, in fullscreen, even in image viewers a cursor is auto-hidden in fullscreen. If it's not hidden, it's considered as a bug in any video player/ image viewer.
Another reason, that it should be considered as a bug is, that other controls are auto-hidden too, in PIP fullscreen mode.
Cursor is hidden in standard fullscreen mode even in Firefox, if not using PIP, just double click the video from the main window.
