Steps to reproduce

  1. Open many tabs.
  2. Open some links in new tabs.
  3. Open the tab switcher.

Actual results

The tab list scroll position is at the top of the list (oldest tabs).

Expected results

Expected the scroll position to be at the selected tab so that the newly-opened tabs after it are also visible.

This looks like a recent regression.
