dmose noticed I goofed in the patch for bug 1794617 - that patch makes it so that we only flip the interaction pref for the last resource type that's migrated when multiple are requested (example, via MigrationUtils.resourceTypes.ALL or a combined bitmask).

We should be recording these prefs for each resource type, not just for the last one migrated.
