Steps to reproduce

1. Run Firefox using -migration -p command in the terminal.
2. Create a new profile and follow the import steps (from whatever browser is available).
3. Wait for the import to finish and inspect the modal window.

Expected result

• After the import is done, the button label is changed to 'Finish'.

Actual result

• The button label is 'Next'.

Regression range

• Will come back with a regression rage ASAP.

Additional notes

• Issue does not occur on macOS.
• Not related to the browser the import is done from.
