Preconditions

• Nightly 113.0a1 is installed and open.
• There is a completed file in the Downloads panel.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the Downloads panel
2. Click on the completed file to drag it to another location(desktop, Skype app etc.)

Expected result

• The drag UI should indicate all relevant details of the dragged files(icon, title, type)

Actual result

• Comparing to Google Chrome, in Nightly the UI of the dragged filed is cutoff and there is no indication of the files icon, title, type which is being transferred by drag-and-drop.

• On Ubuntu and Windows the drag UI appears as a long rectangular transparent box. Please let me know if I should file separate bugs for Ubuntu and Windows.
