Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox
2. Go to www.youtube.com and play any video
3. Right-click on the video area
4. Observe the context menu

Expected result

• The icons of the context menu items are opaque.

Actual result

• The icons of the context menu items are transparent.

Regression range

• This is not a recent regression because it can be traced back to Nightly 97.0a1 (2022-01-01) where it is reproduceable.
