'mach build' should build android-components, focus, and fenix, maybe optionally.

Severity: -- → N/A

Per Geoff: we've wavered on whether or not to do this for a while; at least for now we're going to stick with Android Studio and/or gradle as the way to build the Android products. But it's potentially a valuable enhancement to the platform engineering workflow to incorporate mach support for the Android products in the future.

(However, there's a bug with a bit more context, so I'm closing this one as a duplicate in favor of that one)
