'mach test' should be able to run tests for android-components, focus, and fenix.

Severity: -- → N/A

Per Geoff: there's an existing mach test command, but we haven't yet done anything to extend it to Android. This could be an optional enhancement.

Think this was resolved in bug 1897186, please reopen if incorrect!
