After you rename your Mail-Account-Name and the also the local Directory-Name
the New Mail Notification in System Tray has the old name.
It is not possible to change this Mail Notification Name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Mail-Account
2. Rename Mail-Account-Name
3. Mail Notification in System Tray has the old name

using trunk build 20030128 on winxp
First I want to note that the Account name is not what displays when the Mail
Notification comes up. It's the User name that displays in the Mail notification
and that doesn't hold the changed name either. I checked to see if it changed
after exiting the app and relaunching, no that doesn't help.  I checked to see
if shutting down the system and rebooting helps, no that doesn't help either,
the user is stuck with the incorrect name.  This is bad because the user name
field can now be edited and if a mispelled the user name when you first set up
the account, that mispelled name is what you see everytime Mail Notification
pops up.

The same problem, about not showing full account name in mail notification. For
example, I have two accounts with the same user name, and I've been noticing
about new mail such as 'user_name has 1 new message | user_name has 2 new
messages', and don't know which accounts is that.
