When the next version after version 52.4.3 lands, we will need a few minor updates to ensure FOG is using the new "enabled" API. See Bug 1811253 for info on the changes that were made that require this update.

Whoops, this was my mistake. This was supposed to land along with another commit and I clicked the wrong things in Lando. It should be re-queued now with the correct set of patches.
