After fixing Bug 1827756, this needs to be revisited, as this might be a duplicate of that bug.

This one is still blocked. Intermittent failure, reproduces on try more easily than locally.

Resolving as duplicate because it appears to have no Android-specific or Fission-specific failures. Looking at the test, it has flaky intermittents indicated by the author.
