1827377 - Add support for clearing storages in private repository

We currently use the origin attributes pattern to selectively clear all private origins, specifically the clearStoragesForOriginAttributesPattern method. However, with the new repository which is being added in bug 1827376, it will possible to just clear the repository when the private browsing session ends. This bug is about adding a new method for that.
