Since we're already modifying fragmentainer_space (in
ShiftBreakpointIntoNextFragmentainer), it seems reasonable to bake
fragmentainer overflow directly into fragmentainer_space as well, so
that ShiftBreakpointIntoNextFragmentainer sets the correct row offset
adjustments.
