Bug 1813796 adds documentation that describes how to build out fastText dependencies using the latest version of emscripten. The current fasttext_wasm was built with emscripten version 2.0.3.
Once Bug 1827520 lands, which will update all of the RemoteSettings records and code to respect versioning updates, we can update the fastText dependencies to this newer version.
