Details
Now that the CABF has S/MIME BRs, we should update the CCADB to enable us to track S/MIME audit statements.
This includes:

Adding S/MIME audit statement sections to root certificate pages and intermediate certificate pages.

Adding S/MIME audit statement section to the AUDITS tab of 'Add/Update Root Request' case.

Archiving S/MIME audit statements.
Note: While we are doing this, we should also consider removing either the Code Signing Audit or Code Signing EV Audit section, since there is now no difference between the two Code Signing audits.

The ability to add S/MIME Audits to the CCADB was added on December 15, 2023. This update also removed the Code Signing EV Audit section of the Case UI.
The ability to process S/MIME Audits using ALV was added on April 5, 2024.
